A Note from CEDRIC founder, Michelle
Hello, it’s CEDRIC Centre founder Michelle Morand here. If you’re struggling with self-confidence, with relationships with others or with your relationship with food, or alcohol, or drugs, or how you feel about your body or yourself on the whole, I’m really glad you’re here because I created this site and this program just for you and people like you who want to find peace and confidence and control with food, and in their own skin, but can’t seem to figure out how.
Following my own recovery from binge eating disorder, chronic dieting and exercise bulimia I felt compelled to dedicate my life to creating a community of support and education and a library of resources for everyone who struggles with a stressful relationship with food of any kind.
In following this inner mission over the past 20 years, I have developed a simple and effective set of tools for getting you quickly out of your stressful thoughts and behaviours (self-criticism, self-doubt, binging, purging, chronic restriction, etc.) and a step-by-step process for implementing those changes and making sure they stick.
Hundreds of men and women worldwide have experienced lasting change in their relationships with food, with their bodies, and with the key people in their lives, through the CEDRIC Centre’s unique program. And you will, too.

The CEDRIC Centre’s Personalized Intensive Healing Plans are highly successful for a reason: They immediately give you clarity and simple tools that apply to all aspects of your life and you quickly begin to see change to your stressful patterns of behaviour. Seeing change happen quickly is very motivating and it helps you to stay focussed and keep on mastering your skill with the tools.
We don’t monitor what you’re eating or what your’e drinking etc. We know that as soon as you understand what’s really going on and start exploring new tools for solving the underlying triggers of your binging, purging, restriction or drinking, isolating, procrastinating, anxiety and depression, you’ll naturally feel more relaxed, less stressed, more hopeful and confident and your desire and need for food or alcohol to cope will naturally diminish.
Each personalized healing plan is unique to you and your needs. You will receive education and support for a portion of each day and then have the rest of the day free to experiment with your new tools and see what feels solid and what needs a tweak.
