Phase 3 Transformative Weekend Workshop

Clear, simple tools for you to use in your relationships with others to create greater peace and confidence in yourself and greater ease in all your communications.  Join us May 11th to 13th 2012 for the next Phase III workshop taking place in Vancouver.

Relationship Focus

This 3 day transformative workshop will answer all your questions about why past relationships turned out as they did; why some of your current relationships feel stressful and even draining; and what you can do to ensure that you have a sense of safety, respect and trust with all the key people in your life.

We’ll explore the concept of co-dependence in great detail: What it is, where it came from, how it manifests in your life and what you can do to begin to step free of it.

We’ll explore some simple communication tools to help you to create the greatest likelihood of being heard and understood, and therefore, of getting what you want and need in a relationship. These tools will greatly reduce the amount of time you spend feeling anxious about your relationships and greatly diminish the number of arguments or stressful exchanges that you have with the key people in your life.

These tools will transform even the oldest, most powerful, and often the most painful relationships in your life (ie. with parents, partners, and siblings) into connections where you feel respected and where you trust yourself to demonstrate respect for yourself first and foremost.

This weekend will provide you with a whole new perspective on yourself and on relationships and with the tools you need to create energizing, respectful relationships in all areas of your life.

These mini-workshops highlight key segments of our 3-day Transformative Weekend Workshop, and also sometimes go where participant questions lead the discussions.  You are welcome to ask a question or just sit back and listen.

We will let you know when the next one is scheduled.

You can catch Michelle at her booth as well as speaking about 'Sidestepping the Food- Emotion Power Struggle' at 3:00 p.m. at the upcoming Vancouver Health Show, Oct. 29th and 30th, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, East Facility - Hall B, Sat -10 am to 6 pm and Sun. 11 am to 5 pm.

In one hour Michelle will show you how to begin to have a healthy relationship with food and how to maintain a natural weight for your body, for life, without dieting and exercise regimes. Hello out there in our CEDRIC community! I’m pleased to announce that CEDRIC is offering our Phase I Intensive Weekend Workshop takes place in Vancouver, Febuary 10th to 12th, a Phase II Transformative Weekend Workshop April 20th to 22nd and a Phase III workshop May 11th to 13th. 

We have a Phase I three-day Weekend Workshop in Victoria, March, 2nd to 4th, 2012.  We have another Phase 1 planned for June 1st to 3rd in Vancouver, and July 20th to 22nd in Victoria.

These intensives are called 'transformative' for a reason!
