True interdependence is the ability to be fully yourself in a relationship with someone else and allow them to do the same. Interdependence is the art of allowing someone to be there to support you without feeling “needy” or somehow “obligated” to them. In healthy relationships we are able to ask directly for what we need and our requests are respected and validated by ourselves and by others even if they can’t be met at that time or by that person: it’s safe to ask and it’s okay to hear the word “no”.
Life can be a paradise or it can be a prison. How you feel about yourself and what you believe about yourself are in essence the keys to your freedom and they are within your control and no one else’s. This is cause for celebration. Your freedom and pleasure in life is absolutely and entirely up to you.
This 2 ½ hour VIDEO begins with an exploration of the underlying reasons that you use food to cope. It then provides you with specific education on how to change your relationship with food and how to heal the underlying trigger. Whether you overeat, restrict or purge, those patterns all come from some underlying trigger and until you discover what triggers you to use food to cope you will continue to repeat those same old patterns whenever you feel anxious or overwhelmed or even happy!
